Three legs, two of them beating their price, and a boost that turns +320 into +480. This is our same-game parlay of the week.

It's a Boom Board Pick: a bet we actually placed, posted before kickoff and tracked on our picks page win or lose. Three legs, one game, one unit, at DraftKings. It's our second pick on Bucs at Cowboys; the first is our early pick at +1600, which also has the full game breakdown.

| Leg | Odds | The price needs | Our chance | |---|---|---|---| | CeeDee Lamb 70+ receiving yards | −181 | 64% | 61% | | Cade Otton 25+ receiving yards | −167 | 63% | 69% | | Bucky Irving 50+ rushing yards | −129 | 56% | 62% | | The parlay | +320, boosted to +480 | 17% at +480 | about 25% |

Leg 1: CeeDee Lamb 70+ receiving yards

CeeDee Lamb is rated Elite on Boom Yards. We project 90 receiving yards, with a likely range of 52 to 123, and make him 61% to clear 70.

  • His four games this season: 44, 153, 112 and 189 yards. That's 70 or more in three straight.
  • He saw 21 targets last week against Houston.
  • Dallas has the fourth-ranked passing offense; Tampa's pass defense ranks 22nd.

At −181 the price needs 64%, so this is the one leg that falls a little short of its price on our numbers. His line-by-line chances are on his pick page.

Leg 2: Cade Otton 25+ receiving yards

Cade Otton has 26, 38, 56 and 37 receiving yards this season: 25 or more in all four games, with six targets in each of the last three. We project 41 yards and make him about 69% to clear 25 again, where −167 needs 63%. More on his pick page.

Leg 3: Bucky Irving 50+ rushing yards

Baker Mayfield is out, so Tampa leans on the run, and Dallas has the 29th-ranked run defense. We project Bucky Irving for 63 rushing yards and make him 62% to clear 50, where −129 needs 56%.

  • His rushing yards this season: 45, 89, 46 and 61. That's 50 or more in two of four.
  • He had 16 carries last week with Jalon Daniels at quarterback.

His line-by-line chances are on his pick page.

The math

Multiply the three chances and you get about 26%. These legs don't lean on each other much: Lamb plays for the other team, and a big Dallas passing night tends to mean Tampa is chasing and running a little less. So we shade it down and call the ticket about 25%.

legs beat their price

  • At +320, the ticket needs to hit 24% of the time. We say 25%. About fair.
  • At +480, it needs 17%. We say 25%. Bet.

Real talk

  • It loses about three times in four. It's our favorite ticket of the week, and a 25% bet is still a 75% chance of losing the unit.
  • Irving and Otton are on both our tickets. If Tampa's offense no-shows, this one and the early pick lose together.
  • The Tampa numbers lean on one start. Daniels has played one full game, so what we project for Irving and Otton with him is softer than usual.
  • The 25% is our estimate. We combined the legs by hand from each player's own chance.
  • One unit, no more.
